‘Patti’ Our Mobile Bar journey begins....

In the spring of 2021 after working in hospitality for 15 years we decided to start a private dining business (one of the most nervous days of our lives) and from there a whole world we were never aware of opened up in front of us, We started out doing dining in people house where we eventually started doing weddings, we got invited to do a wedding show case at The English oak vineyard in Dorset where we meet Mike and Jules the previous owner of “the Paddock” and we fell in love with “Patti” and everything about it! We had done a couple of events with the couple who were now friends would always say to each other “we would love our very own little bar” and then one day the phone rang! Mike and Jules had decided the wanted to let the business go and if we knew anyone who would be interested! We couldn’t t believe it!! With Olivia already having run drinks establishments and creating amazing spaces for clients the bar needed to be visually perfect – and it is.

We have always had a passion hopsitality and food and knew if we went into the world of drinks we knew our guests would only expect the best! We felt that the bar was definitely at the top of the list when it came to important elements of a good event or wedding. After all you only get the best dance moves after a couple of drinks. However when it comes to finding the right kind of bar it was near on impossible just a lot of neon lights and plastic fixtures, plus awful drinks! We knew the kind of bar we wanted and the drinks we wanted to serve but just couldn’t find what we were looking for so when we had the opportunity to take on the “paddock”we knew it was going to be an amazing addition.

Now we have taken this opportunity to own this incredible bar we are looking forward to planning many future events, This is something we have a real passion for events, weddings, parties, drinking fine booze and just helping people have an amazing time! What’s not to like?
