Beautifully restored to the highest standard we have our vintage horse trailer and horse carriage. Our vintage sinclair horse trailer (lovingly nicknamed Patti) is our well stocked mobile bar, where artisan drinks meet friendly service. Our vintage horse carriage, Camilla is our ‘bubbles & cocktails’ bar, with 4 taps you can have a mix of prosecco and cocktails. Our beautifully dressed bars make a stunning statement inside or outside your venue.

We believe that your special day deserves only the best, our drinks line-up has been carefully handpicked from independent suppliers in the UK. We work closely with you to ensure you have a drinks line up tailored to you and your wedding guests.

  • This is long overdue but The Paddock provided the bar at our wedding last year and we could not speak more highly of them. Nothing was too much to ask - including making 130 espresso martinis as part of our dessert course! They were able to create a completely bespoke menu and being a bit of a craft beer geek this was a huge plus! The bar itself is amazing and was the perfect laid back, vintage/festival vibe. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and wish them all the best in the future, any upcoming wedding parties will be lucky to have them.

Mike and Jules are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure the bar is stocked exactly how you want it to be. They are environmentally friendly and only use paper straws and reusable glasses. Our story

Hello. We are Olivia and Zak, a young couple from Dorset. We took over ‘The Paddock’ lovingly nicknamed ‘Patti’ after first seeing her back in September 2021.

After seeing her for the first time at The English Oak vineyard in Dorset, We fell in love immediately!

‘Patti’. A beautiful Sinclair Horse Trailer, Patti has been beautifully restored and adapted to the highest spec. Every detail has been hand picked, injecting quirky horse related touches throughout, ensuring that ‘Patti’s’ heritage is honoured. We guarantee she will provide a unique talking point at your special event.

We have since grown our fleet, adding our gorgeous vintage horse carriage and our mobile wooden bars.   

Zak

The bearded male boss. Zak heads up all things business and number related. Other duties included beer & whiskey taster (and chief dog walker).

Olivia

The “ REAL Boss”. Liv is the visual perfectionist, only the best will do! From presenting Patti at an event to providing impeccable service. Other duties include gin taster. Will often be seen holding a cup of tea and talking about her our dog “Bear”
